@Toddy1 @Soman while I am not convinced this would survive a new AfD should an editor be interested in filing one, the work you did is more than enough to overcome the concerns. Because this is not a G4 nor are you evading a protection, DRV is not required and I have moved it back. @XYZ 250706 your block from this page remains in place but you're welcome to use edit requests or appeal the block if you believe you're ready. Hi XYZ. I'm still working on this. But providing some background of the event (2-3 sentences) is not irrelevant for the flow of the article, it contextualizes P. Shanmugam's role in the case.
