The result of the discussion was: Delete. The Flickr account is most likely not the original photographer. De728631 (talk) 13:45, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Al-Khalid MBT.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The uploader shows a Flickr source, but the image appears at this forum (uploaded Oct 2, 2011) and here, where it appears as long ago as 2003. Dianna (talk) 02:18, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The file has been uploaded on Flickr this February with Share Alike license...& probably it varies from the one's at defence.pk & web.archive.org...So,I think its use is legal...--Theoccupiedkashmir (talk) 05:54, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete all images uploaded by Theoccupiedkashmir (talk · contribs) and add 93352087@N02 to Commons:User:FlickreviewR/bad-authors and Commons:Commons:Questionable Flickr images/Users. The Flickr account was created in February 2013 and that the images have been copied from other places. There is one image I can't find outside Wikipedia, but given the problems with the other images, there is not really any reason to assume that that image would be fine. --Stefan2 (talk) 13:08, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I am inclined to agree with Stefan; it looks like a case of Flickr washing. -- Dianna (talk) 15:32, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- File:QuickShot FlightGrip.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Sourced to http://segaretro.org/File:FlightGrip.jpg which has a GFDL statement in the bottom left corner. It is unclear if this applies to images or only to text. This doesn't matter, though, since the image is a copyvio of http://www.quartertothree.com/game-talk/showthread.php?51311-Commodore-64-a-gaming-PC-or-gaming-console&p=1673280&viewfull=1#post1673280 Stefan2 (talk) 15:02, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- You may well be right. I read the license that you mentioned, and thought that meant it was free. I linked to the source in the hope that someone like you would figure it out with more certainty : )
- I'd like to add though that this controller is quite unique and revolutionary. Released in 1989, it is probably the first game controller to feature the now-ubiquitous "handles" that became commonplace with the release of the PlayStation in 1994. It would be worth putting in some effort to establish a license for use.

The result of the discussion was: Delete. PD-Iran does not apply since this is image is from a Turkish film. Deleteable as a copyright infringement. De728631 (talk) 13:58, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- File:Beyke Imanverdi.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Source claim of "Own work" conflicts with PD reasons given. Eeekster (talk) 20:46, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete It says that this is from the film Kader Baglayinca from the 1970s. The licence template is correct: the film is in the public domain in Iran because Iran doesn't provide copyright protection for foreign works. However, Wikipedia uses United States copyright law, and the United States do provide copyright protection for foreign works. In this case, it seems to be a Turkish film (see IMDB). Unfree in USA until 1 January 2066. --Stefan2 (talk) 20:58, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
